Everyone was very kind and explained everything thoroughly.
All good. As an aside - I would like to suggest using paper bags (rather than plastic) for clothes. (As part of an effort to save the planet).

Ripple was great as always, it was more have a specific routine to my treatments which the orginal nurse ignored and then I ended us going second instead of first because first nurse went through lot of detail to freely knew and they did not know how to do INR test because she was.
- If patients have been caring for years try to understand that they know there conditions and do not need anything twice.

Communication with myself while procedure taking place.
Need to be involved and understand it progressive so was somewhat pleased about that.

Very professional and supportive during the procedure. As I was expecting contact and received a call from the doctor which I missed, if we could set a time would be helpful.
